Do Not Sell My Data
Should you reside as a California resident, you have certain rights regarding your personal information under California law. These rights include:
Shine the Light
Under the “Shine The Light” law (California Civil Code section 1798.83), you have the right to request and obtain, free of charge once a year, information about any personally identifiable information we may have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. This includes a list of the categories of personal information shared and the names and addresses of the third parties. If you would like to make such a request, please contact us at hello@Express Overnite, LLC.net.
Please note that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements, and Grant Writers is only obligated to respond to one consumer request per calendar year.
Please refer to the Terms of Use Policy for more information on how we handle your personal information.
Do Not Track
If you enable the “Do Not Track” privacy setting in your web browser, it signals websites, analytics companies, ad networks, plug-in providers, and other web services to stop tracking your activity. At this time, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser settings or signals.
California Consumer Privacy Act
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (California Civil Code section 1798.100–1798.199), you have the following rights:
1.0 – Right to know your collected personal information: You can request information about the categories of personal information we collected about you in the past 12 months, the sources from which we collected the information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, the categories of third parties with whom we shared the information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
2.0 – Right to know your disclosed personal information: You can ask us to disclose whether we have shared your personal information with third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the prior 12 months, and if so, you can request a list of the categories of personal information that has been disclosed.
3.0 – Right to request deletion of personal information: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exception.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA.
If you are a California resident and want to exercise any of these rights, you can do so by contacting us at (505) 326-4245 or emailing us at hello@Express Overnite, LLC.net. Please note that we will need to verify your identity before processing your request. Please be aware that California law allows us to respond to such requests from the same individual no more than twice in a 12-month period.
Once again, to reiterate Express Overnite, LLC’ commitment to respecting your privacy and conducting our business by these principles. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means, and only for the purposes specified by us or as required by law. We will protect your personal information using reasonable security safeguards, and will only retain it for as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes. Should you have any questions or concerns about our Terms of Use Policy, we will be readily available to provide information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
Thank you for taking the time to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy. Please note that Express Overnite, LLC may change or update this policy from time to time at his sole discretion.
